The Annual Prayer Walk
May 17 @ 1:30 PM - 2:30 PM
Join us for a meaningful afternoon at Camp Victory as we come together in prayer for the ministry, the campers, and all who will experience God’s work here this year.
The Prayer Walk is a self-guided time for individuals and families to quietly walk the campgrounds, enjoying God’s creation while lifting up prayers. This is not a formal tour or group event—come at your own pace, walk where you feel led, and spend time praying at various locations around camp. You’re welcome to walk alone or with others.
As you move throughout camp, you may pause at cabins, activity areas, or favorite spots to pray for the campers and staff who will be there, for safety, for life-changing moments, and for hearts to be drawn to Jesus Christ. Our desire is to seek God’s will, acknowledge His greatness, and ask for His blessing over every part of this ministry.
This is also a special opportunity for families to spend intentional time together—praying, reflecting, and strengthening your faith as you walk side by side.
Please note: This is a time for prayer and reflection, not for using camp activities.
Optional Prayer Walk Scavenger Hike:
For those who would like a little added structure, an optional prayer walk scavenger hike will be available.
Begin at the camp office porch, where you’ll find a shoebox with your first clue. Each location will lead you to the next, with 13 stops in total. At each stop, you’ll find a prayer card with suggested ways to pray, along with a clue to guide you forward. Complete as many stops as you’d like during your time.
Whether you follow the scavenger path or simply walk and pray, we invite you to come, seek the Lord, and lift up Camp Victory and its mission to inspire people to trust and treasure Jesus Christ.
