When is Pick-up & Drop-off

If you chose the bus, you will drop your camper(s) off at Calvary E-Free Church and South Culvers between 7:15 & 8 AM. Pick-up is at those locations between 4:30 & 5:15 PM. If you are driving your camper(s), drop-off is every morning between 7:15 & 9 AM. Follow signs to the Day Camp area. Pick-up is at 4:oo PM every afternoon at the Day Camp area.

What should my camper pack?

There is a packing list link here. Don’t hesitate to give us a call (507-258-3200) if you have any specific questions.

How do I contact my camper?

You can send an email to us and we’ll print it out for them! Follow instructions for that process here.

What do I need to do before arrival?

Be sure to double check your registration information in our online system and pay any remaining balances. Be sure to put money in your camper(s) Camp Store account. Double check your pick-up and drop-off locations/times, and we’ll see you here soon!

SUMMER DAY CAMPS

A week at day camp is one of the best weeks of the whole year! For 80 years Camp Victory has been a place for kids to grow and have fun in a safe environment that is serious about discipling young people in the faith. We are committed to sharing the love of Jesus Christ with quality staff and leadership. Check out all the options below:

TRAILBLAZERS (GRADES K – 4)

This is our day camp program for upcoming grades K – 4. The trailblazer program is perfect for campers who have never experienced camp before and are ready to blaze the trail by trying fun activities and making new friends.

This is our day camp program for upcoming grades 5 – 8. The navigator program is perfect for campers who could thrive in a Christian environment as they seek direction and purpose in life.

DAY CAMP SLEEP OVER (GRADES K – 8)

If your camper is ready to stay overnight, consider adding this option. Our Day Camp Sleepover is for 5-day or LEGO Robotics campers to stay overnight at Camp Victory between Thursday and Friday. All your camper needs is a sleeping bag, pillow, toiletries (shower stuff if they want), a change of clothes, and everything they normally bring for Day Camp.

Bring their belongings to drop-off on Thursday. Any medications will need to be given to the bus leader (or camp nurse if at Camp Victory) and will be checked into the nurses station at camp.

Price: $30 (added during online registration)

TRANSPORTATION

Option 1: FREE transportation via our Pickle Bus

 

We offer transportation for our day campers to and from Rochester each day! Drop your child off at Calvary Evangelical Free Church (5500 25th Ave NW) in North Rochester or Culver’s on the South side of Rochester (36 28th St SE) and we’ll take care of the rest!

Drop-off: Between 7:30 & 7:45 AM
Pick-up: Between 5:00 & 5:15 PM

OPTIONS & INFO

The Sleepover is your camper’s chance to see if they could do Overnight camp! Dinner, sleeping accommodations, bathrooms, and Breakfast are all included in the price. Counselors and campers will be sleeping on the carpet. Bring your pillow and sleeping bag for a fun night!

Choose between our 3-day or…enjoy the full 5-day week of Summer Day Camp!

If campers choose our 3-day options, camp begins Monday and finishes Wednesday. Campers attending the 3-day camp can still be paired with campers attending our full 5-day program.

Lunches are available for our Summer 5-day camps for $30 or $18 for 3-day camps (added during online registration)

Campers who take the bus almost always say it’s their favorite part of the week. Our counselors lead the kids in sining camp songs on each bus ride. Just make sure to drop-off and pick-up your camper from the location you choose…
