Cancellation Policy

Overnight camp registrations require a $100 non-refundable deposit, Day Camp requires a $50 non-refundable deposit. Cancellations before the start of camp will be fully refunded except for the non-refundable deposit. After the start of the camp session, no refunds will be granted except in the case of severe injury at camp. Campers who are dismissed during camp for behavioral problems or go home early due to sickness or homesickness, do not receive any refund. All refund requests must be submitted by email to: registrar@campvictory.com.
