Rates

The following are required to reserve a date:

  • Non-refundable 10% reservation/security deposit
  • Signed contract
  • Your organization’s statement of faith and/or mission statement
  • Certificate of Liability Insurance

The deposit is applied to the total bill. Please contact our Retreat Director with any questions.

Overnight Lodging Rates

  • $40 per person per night

Lodges require a 50-person minimum.

Overnight Rates include

  • 1 meeting space
  • Free WiFi
  • Coffee bar
  • Refrigerator
  • Microwave
  • Sound equipment
  • Video projector
  • Set up of tables and chairs

Day guests of overnight groups are welcome; day guest rate $10.00 per person (meals additional)

Arrival time – After 3 PM; Departure time – 11 AM
Early arrival/late departure times are available for additional fees
Special diets are accommodated for an additional fee. (see rate chart for current rates)

Coming for just the day? No problem! We’ve got plenty of spaces for your group to utilize! Check out our daily rates available for your group!

  • FELLOWSHIP HALL: $300 day use fee
  • BLUFF & TIMBER LODGES: $300 day use fee
  • CONFERENCE/MEETING ROOMS: $100 day use fee
  • RIDGELINE: $200 day use fee
  • SCOTT DINING HALL: $400 day use fee
  • RIVERVIEW PATIO: $100 day use fee

Meal Rates

  • Breakfast: $11 per person
  • Brunch: $13 per person
  • Lunch: $11 per person
  • Dinner: $13 per person
Groups may choose food service from the camp or they may provide their own meals. Only crockpots, microwaves, and cold meals are permitted in meeting areas. The camp kitchen is not available to guests and outside catering is not permitted. There will be a $100.00 fee per meal charged to any group eating meals not provided by the camp.

Summer Activities

Low and High Ropes Course

Day Group:

  • $25 per person for a half day
  • $35 per person for a full day
  • Minimum of 10 people

Overnight Group:

  • $10 per person half day (low or high)
  • $15 per person full day (low or high)

Archery Tag (Indoor/Outdoor):

  • 20-30 people – $150
  • Over 30 – $5 per person
  • Minimum 20 people

Laser Tag (Indoor/Outdoor):

  • $15 per tagger

Climbing Wall(s):

  • $100 per hour (group)

Zip Line:

  • $10 per person – 2 hours
  • Minimum of 20 people

Wagon Rides:

  • $35 per wagon (up to 1-hour use)

Canoe Rental:

From camp property to the bridge (transportation included)

  • $20 per canoe

From camp property to Zumbro Falls (transportation included)

  • $45 per canoe

Tube Rental:

  • $5 per tube from camp property to the bridge (transportation back to camp included)
  • 10 person minimum

Lifeguards: For all water activities, Camp Victory will provide a certified lifeguard who has open water training, training in blood borne pathogens and is trained in boater safety related to canoeing, Kayaking, paddle boarding, tubing, or swimming in the river. Camp Victory requires a minimum of 1 lifeguard for 25 participants. CV lifeguard(s) are an additional activity fee at $15.00 per hour.

Archery/Slingshot/Tomahawk Throw Rental:

  • $5 per person per hour for each activity
  • 10 person minimum

Black Hole/Mountain Boarding Rental:

  • $5 per person per hour for each activity
  • 10 person minimum

Activity Packages:

Can’t choose between all of the awesome activities offered? Choose our popular Activity Package! Pick and choose between our multiple activities for one low rate for the entire group! Skip the per person rate and choose our Activity Package! This package starts at only $300. For more information, contact retreats@campvictory.com

Rates depend upon the activities chosen, the time frame and the number of people.

Winter Activities:

Tubing Hill with Tow Rope

  • $10 per person/per 2 hours for overnight groups
  • $10 per person/per 2 hours for day groups
  • $50 per family/per 2 hours for day groups
  • Minimum of 20 paying customers. Must schedule in advance.

Archery Tag (Indoor/Outdoor):

  • 20-30 people – $150
  • Over 30 – $5 per person
  • Minimum 20 people

Laser Tag (Indoor/Outdoor):

  • $15 per tagger

No additional cost for overnight groups (all equipment provided):

  • Broomball
  • Snowshoes
